When you are exercising, focus on the reason you are doing it. That's your motivation.
And make sure you actually enjoy the exercise. Pick something you enjoy doing. If you don't, you will dread having to exercise and you won't do it.0 -
I agree. Find an exercise that you enjoy whether it is biking, hiking, swimming, weight training, walking your dog, etc. It is a great motivater while losing weight and inches. Good luck on your journey:)0
