I have been doing this roughly for a week. I need somone motivation to keep me excersing! I hope all of you guys the best!

    When you are exercising, focus on the reason you are doing it. That's your motivation. :)

    And make sure you actually enjoy the exercise. Pick something you enjoy doing. If you don't, you will dread having to exercise and you won't do it.
  • I agree. Find an exercise that you enjoy whether it is biking, hiking, swimming, weight training, walking your dog, etc. It is a great motivater while losing weight and inches. Good luck on your journey:)
