Vacation HELP!!!

Hey, I have to go on vacation with my inlaws this weekend...for 3 days. And my mother in law just loves to buy my husband and kids tons of unhealthy foods. Ive been eating clean lately and have sucsessfuly lost weight and i just feel so much better. I would just hate to have to go on this "vacation" and come back having to lose weight ive already lost. I dont want to put myself behind. What would you do?

Keep logging! Also, be as healthy as possible and take the treats in moderation.0

it's ok to indulge a bit on vacation. I went with my family to the mountains, and we had a few "fun meals" (like corn dogs and some chili cheese fries) but I kept tabs on my calories! so even if you aren't eating the healthiest food, make sure you don't go over your calories!0

go for hikes, swims, play some sports and you will burn calories like crazy. Enjoy yourself.0
