So tonight I ran about 4k in 24 min can anyone tell me how many minutes a mile that would be?

That's about 9:40/mile pace

4k = about 2.5 miles. So you can run 1 mile in 9.6 minutes. So you take the minutes (9.6) and divide it into 60 minutes and you get 6.25 MPH.

At least I'm about 90% sure that's how the math is done. LOL

This is correct. For future reference, calculate this way:

4K = 2.485 miles; 24 minutes / 2.485 miles = 9.68 minutes per mile = 9:40.8 min mile pace.
