I went to my first Zumba class at the local Curves tonight. It was... ok and now I'm a little confused how to log it in for my exersize count tonight.
The whole thing lasted 30 minutes. Warm up was 2-3min then I'd switch to a resistance machine for a minute then back to dancing. Except for when the instructor forgot about me and I was doing this machine where I lift the bar up to the middle of my chest then push it down for long enough that my arms turned to spaghetti.
So... how should I log this? Just as my normal aerobic dancing?

Nevermind. Curves Circuit Training is listed in the database so I will just log that.0
