  • Welcome. I love it! The only thing I would suggest is be careful when tracking excercise. MFP tends to be a lil high on calories. :) GOOD LUCK.

    sign in every day...and log everything ...even when you go over your goal by hundreds of calories....its motivation to work harder the next day...and welcome
