Welcome. I love it! The only thing I would suggest is be careful when tracking excercise. MFP tends to be a lil high on calories. GOOD LUCK.0

sign in every day...and log everything ...even when you go over your goal by hundreds of calories....its motivation to work harder the next day...and welcome0
