Friday night snack????

I am just planning for my Friday night snack (treat Friday)

Should I go with
30gms KP salted Peanuts
177 cals, 3 carbs, 15 fat, 8 protein, 180 sodium, 2 sugar

OR

30gms Jacobs cheeselets
148 cals, 17 carbs, 8 fat, 3 protein, 360 sodium, 0 sugar

decisions, decisions ??:grumble:

    Mix it up a bit.. have half of each ,why do you have to choose , you can have both but within moderation.

    I'd go with the Jacobs cheeselets.

    I'd choose the Cheeselets - way less sodium and fat, and it's better to get more of your calories from carbs rather than fat. HOWEVER! You did say it's your treat night, so if choosing one would make you feel like you missed out on the other one, then have both and take a brisk 30 min walk to the shop to buy them :) Enjoy it whichever you choose x

    Yep, think I will take the advice and mix them up...maybe more cheeselets than peanuts.
