I've lost 2 lbs in 25 days. I feel a lot thinner overall but not sure why they scale is not budgeting. Feeling frustrated and down.

Seems slow going, something must be wrong with the in / out balance.0 -
You may have put on some extra muscle if you're doing a lot of exercise. That might be the extra weight, especially so if you feel slimmer / more toned over all.0

It is imporatant to measure inches as well as look at the scale.
Many times we can't see the changes happening. Or record them with a scale. Water retention might change your weight 1-3 pds a day. Inches don't normaly lie. You can see if you are building muscle or losing fat that way.

I was frustrated too. Only three lbs. lost in 30 days, but once I measured I had an overall loss of 6 inches. If you are feeling more slender and the clothes are fitting looser, you are on the right track-regardless of the stubborn scale. Keep moving forward and I have to believe you will see a change in those numbers.0
