I just got home from running in a 5k. I even set a new PR (38:10) not very fast but I was out there and ran every mile:happy: 3 months ago I started running and never thought I would like going out for a run. And to think this is my second run this week. I am going for a short run tomorrow and then taking a polar plunge. Fortunately the ocean is only 59 degrees. That is still cold enough for this Floridian. Saturday my running group is running 8 miles. This running thing is getting my year off to a great start.

I hope everyone meets their goals for the coming year.:drinker:

Running is very addictive and fortunately we see improvements every time we run.

Way to go on your race and good luck on your 8miles!!
