can't get rid of my belly fat!

I have lost about 22 lbs so far. I am 5'4 and 138 right now. I would like to get to 135, but would be happy with that number. I'm less concerned about the number on the scale and more concerned about the way my clothes fit. My pants are all loose in the butt and legs, but they fit kind of snug in the tummy. I am wondering what would be the best way for me to target my belly area? My workouts mostly consist of cardio and some strength training (30 Day Shred). Also, are there any foods I should avoid to help get rid of the fat in this area?

I don't know if this makes any difference or not, but I have had 2 children, the last is 11 months old. My belly has always been my problem area though.

    How about strength training, and some cardio instead of cardio and some strength training.
