Protein for nursing women?

I've looked, and maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but I want to find a protein I can put in a shake to have after I work out. I am currently nursing and all the powders/liquids I've seen have taurine or some other crap in them that really discourage me from using them while breastfeeding. Anyone know of something I can use?

    I'm nursing as well and have been using 100% raw hemp protein powder. I use only 1Tbs instead of the suggested 3 Tbs/serving because the stuff is pretty intense - taste wise. I add 1 frozen bananna, frozen berries, juice, water, or milk, fish oil, and flax seed.

    Sometimes I also make a peanut butter (natural, no sugar, very low sodium), banana, and milk smoothie with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Definitely a filler!
