Does anyone have a pair of Reebok RealFlex Running shoes? I'd like to know what you think of them. I don't spend $100 + on shoes EVER but they look really awesome.

  • I have them...they're okay but not my favorite. It all depends on your running style and preference, though. They fit well, true to size. They're narrow, with average arch support. They are super light, almost like a barefoot feel. A lot of people like that for running, but I personally like more stability.
I've tried wearing them for some cross training classes and kickboxing type stuff, and they're not the best for those types of activities because of the lack of stability and support. However, if you're just looking for a light, flexible running shoe, than these are for you. I now only wear mine for running (on mainly flat terrain or treadmill) and I wear them to spin class since I don't have cycle shoes.
Hope that helps, feel free to ask me any specific questions you may have.
  • Thanks, that helps tremendously! Do you have any suggestions for a good cross trainer? After the Warrior Dash I plan to toss mine and use it as an excuse to buy new ones!
