Exercise Challenge For fall!!

Here's my challenge, 1. you must log all calories consumed everyday!
2. a minm exercise of 30min 4 days per week
3. drink at least 8 glassess of water
4. consume at least one fruit or one vegetable at every meal

My name is Angela, I am blessed to be married to the love of my life. We have been married for 17yrs...I have 2 beautiful children who can be challenging...but I love them. 2 awesome dogs. I live near CHicago,il....Now let's get to know you:)):flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

    My name is also Angela, but most of my friends call me Ang. Feel free to do so as well :wink: I am also married to the love of my life! We have been best friends for 20 years & now married for 8 out of those 20. (the when Harry met Sally syndrome) I also have two beautiful children who push my buttons daily. I have two dogs & two cats. I teach my kids here at home. I make time for myself as much as I can to get my workouts in usually daily. :flowerforyou:

    Welcome Trish and Ang...you may all call me Angela,Angie or ang..whatever suits ya:) so glad to have you ladies on board...we can do this challenge..and we will succeed... What workout programs are you gals using? I am using Trubo Jam and Yoga Booty Ballet...what do ya gals think should we start the challenge on Tuesday or Monday? Glad to have some buddies :))

    Hi everyone! This would be my first challenge and I need some fire under my butt to get me working out........I've been procrastinating that part. :blushing:

    My name is Larissa, I'm married to my WONDERFUL husband for 3 years now and I have 3 daughters at home. :flowerforyou: I work banker hours so finding the time gets a little tricky for me, usually because I'm worn out by the end of the day. I live in Las Vegas so the heat has kept me indoors for quite a bit of the summer, I'm ready to get outside soon! I love fall, I only wish we had real trees and grass here. :laugh: I will probably start with Yoga..........I love yoga, I just haven't stuck with it and I'm a beginner so I have a long way to go. I'm excited. :happy:

    I will agree to do this, but I have to admit it won't be a hard challenge for me as I do all of these 4 things already ... :)

    Ok, so I am completely HORRIBLE at the whole exercise thingy. I'm hoping that this helps keep me motivated or helps get me jump started.

    My name is Christy, Im not married (and Im SOOO OK with that ;) I live in Las Vegas, I have a wonderful BFF (Hi RISSAFACE) and I love my job! I want to be that girl that likes exercise but there just isn't ANYTHING enjoyable about it for me so I basically avoid it as much as possible. My plan is to try to use this challenge as the way I talk myself into getting physical activity into my routine. YAY ME!

    Hi, there! I have been doing a Couch to 5K training program. I am on week 3 now. Walking, using a stationary bike, Pick your level Pilates, and have recently added some strength training using hand weights (5lb dumbbells) Mondays are a good starting day but Tuesdays are fine too. Keep in touch. :smile:
  • oops, I forgot that I like to Zumba too & my food/exercise diary is open for viewing. I will be on vacation in Disney World from 9/19/11 to 9/26/11. No worries there because we will be walking our tushies off :laugh:
