    Take one day at time as a step in the right direction. If you feel you mess up keep moving, you can overcome that.

    I find that I am more consistant with my exercise if I have a goal - and I track it. I track my exercise minutes on a spreadsheet. I can see when I've been slacking off.

    Other people have purchased a calendar and stickers. They put a smiley face (or whatever) on the calendar when they have met their goals.

    Whatever you decide - find a way to make exercise enjoyable - and find a way to make yourself accountable. Everyday won't be perfect - but if most days are an improvement from your old routine - you're on the right track.
