Holy cow. Just ate lunch and I'm insanely full. My stomach must be shrinking, yesterday I had an almost indentical lunch and I was still hungry afterwords. Today I couldn't even finish my salad!

    I found as I ate a little less more regularly, I felt fuller quicker. I can't eat big meals very much these days!
