Hi
I got lots of carrots left and they often start going off before I've had chance to use them. I was thinking of digging out my food processor and making carrot juice or something
I've never attempted this before so wanted to know if I need any other ingredient?
just throw carrots in? peeled or unpeeled and drink the juice? should I boil them first so they soft before they go in blender?
or how would I turn it into an hot soup, which may taste nice with other ingredients in?
