Hi all! So I've been on MFP for a few months but I recently moved to Charlotte, NC on my own and I'm having trouble finding the motivation to get going on my weight loss again. Are there any good classes in Charlotte I could take? I'm living in the South Park area. Thank you so much!

I live in North Charlotte (Huntersville Area). The YMCA system here is great, I don't belong to it but if I could afford to I wish I would. There's a nice one on Park Road just north of Woodlawn, and as an added bonus Ru-san's (which is about the best sushi in Charlotte) is right around the corner.

I am in Rock Hill. If you like yoga there is a good yoga studio at Y2 Yoga its located at 280 S Sharon Amity Rd (in the Cottswold Village shops). They have a great hot yoga class. I wish I could get there more but its a little far for me but I used to go there with my personal trainer.
I have also heard good things about Urban Active Fitness in Ballentyne.
