I've been trying them for about 2 weeks. Mine are a cheep knock-off i found at the goodwill for $1, and the contour of the grips tends to put weight on my outer hand. the real ones look more ergonomical though. I definitely have noticed that it's easier these days to do the sets, I'm just on the lowest that's not doing them on your knees, 8,6,4,2, but it's making a difference, and my man-boobs are already turning into pecs, WOOT!
The only thing that i would caution you about is to be careful of the outer elbow, that muscle, tendon, whatever was very mad at me the first few days, so ease it into them. it went away about 3 days in, but the first day i was worried that it was serious (damage-type) pain. I found that that's worst on the narrow set, so for that I use a static pushup handle. I'd rather be safe!
Hope this helps!0 -
My husband uses them and likes them a lot. I got them for him for his birthday, I think. They work more muscles than normal push ups do.0
