Good Afternoon!
)
I need some help. A few weeks ago, I purchased the Zumba workout dvds with toning sticks. I love it! Its the first time I ever looked forward to do an exercise. However I also love Turbo Jam (cardio) and Exhale Core Fusion (yoga/pilates). I always want to get the most in any workout, this week I just did my first of Zumba Ripped and oh my goodness talk about lunges! I am looking for suggestions for a workout schedule. Should I just stick with Zumba for a while? I have been doing it now for 3 weeks.

In my opinion it is better to change up the workout sometimes so you can boost your body as you will move different muscle group with each workout.

I'd alternate videos to change it up yea, why not. Even with work out programs they change the workouts every few weeks (ie p90x, insanity, jillian michaels, etc...)0

I think switching every 4 weeks is a great plan.0

Yes you should always be changing up your fitness routine. Once your body (muscles) get used to a certain exercise you will stop seeing the results you were originally seeing. You have to constantly "surprise" your muscles in order for them to grow/tone. An added bonus, there is less chance you will get bored or burnt out and you will be more likely to stick with it. I am no expert, but I recently had a trainer tell me this. Good luck--Zumba is a blast and a great workout, enjoy!0
