Hi peeps,
I joined earlier in the week and could do with more friends for motivation!
I particularly find this time of night hard because all I want to do is snack on bad food!

    That is my problem, too.... evenings! You can friend me if you would like, it helps to lean on each other for support and encouragement.

    Night snacking can be hard to control! Find a healthy snack that you can have during these times or a great meal replacement shake. Sometimes just going to bed hungry makes us so miserable! Better to have a healthier option than risk binging when you wake up starving. :)
