Hi peeps,
I joined earlier in the week and could do with more friends for motivation!
I particularly find this time of night hard because all I want to do is snack on bad food!

Anytime after work is twilight zone time for me with eating good food, bad food, any food, you name it! Feel free to friend me!0

Night snacking can be hard to control! Find a healthy snack that you can have during these times or a great meal replacement shake. Sometimes just going to bed hungry makes us so miserable! Better to have a healthier option than risk binging when you wake up starving.
