Go on this page http://www.ffactor.com/products , and over to the right there under "Where to Buy" is two buttons "Find a store", or "Buy Online" and than you can find a store nearest you that carries it. Never heard of F-Factor before but I think now I am going to try, especially since it has 50% of your daily needs of fiber, which is sooo good for speeding up metabolism! Fudge browny sounds like the bomb! :D

I am reading "The F-Factor Diet" right now. I am currently following the Atkins plan,l but it is proving difficult to do socially...and on travel. So a friend told me about it. I have seen the results work for her and I am hearing great things about it!

I myself tried Atkins before and Weight Watchers, I found it difficult to stick to especially socially and traveling, so this time around I did things differently. You will lose as much weight on Atkin as if you ate a balanced meal, carbs aren't necerally bad when mixed with good nutrients.Yyou just got to find alternatives/substitutes for the high calories in food, like having vinegar and oil as dressing instead of caesar, chicken sandwich instead of beef, wheat bread instead of white, that way you don't use up all your calories and you get to eat plenty that you won't starve yourself or binge. Or you can do zig-zag eating, on days you travel eat 200 calories more, the next day 200 calories less, this actually helps you lose weight faster and will work better with your lifestyle.
At home I found the lowest calorie bread I could 120 cal for 2 slices, lowest mayo I could, lowest calorie meat (turkey/ham slices), mixing it with veggies and fruit through the day, etc. And now I eat so much but it's still low cal, I find myself so full, i literally have to force the last 200 calories cause I get to eat a lot and feel satisfied all day, and I'm on 1200 cal/day plan and I burn about 400-700 cals a day that I don't use for eating.
So if you do that and find great snacks like F-Factor bars and other things like that than you will eat things you like and be able to stick to it. There is this great ice cream called Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches, it has only 140 calories!

    Good luck sweety!
