i just did my first workout of her new DVD and it was awesome!! It was a killer and I was sweating right from the warm-up. I did level one and HRM said I burned 450 calories for 45 minutes. Just thought I would share for people interested in this DVD

This is one of her best workout videos. Level 2
is a killer. I burned 555 calories according to my
hrm. I just attempted level 3 & it is beyond intense.
Definitely not a workout for beginners. I workout
everyday & this really challenges me. I highly
recommend doing Ripped in 30 before trying

I havent tried any of the other levels yet. But now im excited lol. and yes! people should definatly do ripped in 30 first0 -
glad here some reviews on this....I am on day 23 of 30DS and order Ri30 to follow up....so I will likely get this one after I finish ripped!!!!
