JM killer buns and thighs DVD

i just did my first workout of her new DVD and it was awesome!! It was a killer and I was sweating right from the warm-up. I did level one and HRM said I burned 450 calories for 45 minutes. Just thought I would share for people interested in this DVD :)

    Thank you so much for posting that. I was going to order it from Amazon but was leary since it had no reviews. I was going to wait until it had been out for awhile so I could see if people liked it. Thanks again!

    hrm. I just attempted level 3 & it is beyond intense.
    Definitely not a workout for beginners. I workout
    everyday & this really challenges me. I highly
    recommend doing Ripped in 30 before trying
    this one.

    I havent tried any of the other levels yet. But now im excited lol. and yes! people should definatly do ripped in 30 first

    glad here some reviews on this....I am on day 23 of 30DS and order Ri30 to follow up....so I will likely get this one after I finish ripped!!!!
