PSW on the Go with 2 Children

So I just came back off Maternity Leave to go back to work in a Nursing Home.. Before just with the kids I usually burn about 200-600cals /day from doing a walk or a video.. I had my diet set to 1300 cals and I've lost 12lbs in 3 months not bad.. However wondering since now that I'm back to work I'm on my feet for a straight 8hrs lucky if I even get a break sometimes.. I've logged my day as 7hrs at 3 mod pace walking I usually go faster and plus ALL the heavy lifting we do it probably would amount to more than this.. However I wanted to under count it just in case.. Soo I burn about 1300cals +/- 5 days/week .. My diet is horrible I never remember to take a lunch with me and if I do I take an Apple Sauce.. I eat Breakfast fine and sometimes have a proper dinner because of the kids.. but I tend to not eat as much because I'm just too tired from work.. Soooooo my big question was what would be a good supplement or diet I should use to get all my calories or should I try and up my calories because I exercise so much?? I'm 5ft 3 1/2 inches and currently 146lbs..
