feeling it!

so i am starting of month two of my workout schedule and i feel like i've been hit by a train! i feel like everyday a new muscle is yelling at me! i know that eventually i will get more and more fit and body parts will hurt less but man i am feeling it today!

it feels like such a daunting task to keep it up for the long term. like "omg you mean i have to exercise for the rest of my life?!?" :)

how do you combat feeling exhausted (mentally and physically) from this process?
