NPC Bikini Competitions

I was interested in competing in a bikini competition, If anyone has competed in this, Id like to know like an example diet and workout. Also a good website to go to, to find competitions in my area. Just any kind of advice in getting started

I'm interested too!! I feel like I really don't know anyone in my area who is into this or where to get started here. I think I've got a way to go, but I'd love to make it a goal for 2012!

Maryellen - Funny you should ask this. A lady in my gym just completed (and placed 3rd) in an NPC Figure comp. She told me that there is another one this weekend in Cocoa Beach. I don't know where in FL your town is, but if you can make it over this way, the comp is Fitness, Figure, and BB on Sat, starting at 10 am. She gave me their web site where it lists all the rules and upcoming comps:
