Crying in the Dressing Room

I went shopping for jeans tonight and discovered that I am no longer wearing plus sizes!!!!! I was so excited that I tried on several pairs to be sure and even tried on normal size tops. Not only did they fit, I did not have to suck in to zip them and they were very comfortable. Last fall I would find two pairs of jeans that fit and leave without even really looking to see how I looked in them. Tonight I checked out different styles and looked at my butt in the mirror for quite some time (it was actually had a defined round shape). I think I finally understand why some women like shopping. :happy:

    Awesome!!!!!!!! You should be so proud of yourself. :) (And I too am wondering if I ever will start to love shopping after this whole "being fat" ordeal is over. haha ;-)

    Congrats!!!! I wish I had cried in the dressing room...the first time I bought my first pair of size 10 pants I cried as I was walking out of the store.....

    Congratulations! I've been a few weeks out of plus sizes myself and actually enjoy shopping again. It's a great feeling to know you have the whole store to choose from instead of one corner. Keep up the good work.

    This problem may be alleviated if she blows her nose in the crotchal area of men's pants and/or jeans. Jeans create more of a crusty appearance, but appropriately colored slacks may conceal the evidence a bit more.

    Oh, and good job!

    That is fantastic! Usually any crying I do in the dressing room is tears of sorrow, but I had a similar Nsv myself today. Not quite out of plus size pants but I was trying on shirts today that were from the JUNIORS section!! I couldn't believe it! Ended up buying three shirts that didn't have multiple xx's on them! First time in way too long! woohoo! Congrats! Here's to happy tears in the dressing room from now on! :)
