    Just awesome! I too have lost 76lb, but it took me 2 years, and I had to loose the last stone twice :) so I know just how you feel. I am 226lb now and can't wait to be in the 100's!

    Thank you!! according to all of the charts, at 5'6" i should get down to under 150 to be at a healthy weight, but that means i have another 60ish lbs to lose....but i'm not sure if i really want to get that low. with my bone structure, i'm thinking that somewhere around165 might be good for me, but i'll see when i get there :bigsmile: mostly, i just want to be healthy
