Prevention workouts.....Great workout!

Today i was bored with the same ol'workouts so i pulled out an older workout that i forgot I had(and never used). It is a circuit workout called ' Prevention fitness systems 3-2-1 workout with Chris freytag"

WOW,what a great workout. Im use to doing intense stuff but this workout really suprised me. Definitely not easy...i was very happy with it! I was sweating buckets when i was done:happy:

The workout consist of 6 circuit style workouts(cardio,strength training,abb) and the instructor wasn't annoying at all! She was very pleasant....i think i got the workout at walmart a while ago! the cardio was fun...little bit of basic aerobics,kickbox stuff,bootcamp type drills,power yoga to name a few. The strength training was simple using dumbells.

I was kinda pi$$ed though because for some reason i stopped my HRM about 30mins into it and it said that I only burned 350 cals:angry::grumble: the workout is about 50mins long:angry:

    Another great prevention workout today was 'The Abbs Advantage. I did a step aerobis workout and added the abb workout at the end...I did the stabilitly ball one! There are four abb workouts on this dvd!

    Roni,your gonna love them! Isn't Netflix awesome...DH and I are going through smallville right now(in season 3) I :heart: Netflix
