Im on my 1st week of mfp, and I really love it!! I've already lost 5 lbs- Im really glad to be losing weight the right way, and not chasing after another fad diet plan! Diet and exercise is the true answer, and I am finally ready to put in the hard work!!!

    It's my first week too and I think this site is a great way to lose weight--I've lost 3 lbs. already. Great job on the 5 lbs.! Keep it up!! :)
