Allotted Amount

I have a question... Will it hurt my weight loss progress if I go over on my allotted amount of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Potassium? Also, what If I don't eat all the calories I am given? I just started using MFP so I am trying to adjust to logging my foods. Thanks
