Waitressing considered exercise?

Do you think you burn calories when your a waiter or waitress....especially when your busy and sweat is dripping down your face and back? How would you log that?

    what are your goals set for? Sedentary? Lightly active? Active? etc... If your goals are set to include your career, I would not count your job as an exercise.

    I would assume you should just have your activity level set to Lightly Active or Active, depending on how many days a week you work.

    yup, what the others said. if you read the descriptions of the different activity levels, one of them actually has a server as an example. can't remember which one, whether it's lightly active or active. i would set your level to whichever that one is.
