Is it OK to eat whilst trying to lose weight? Or is it still fatty?
I was gonna have it on wholemeal bagels for breakfast or lunch.

Just because something has fat doesn't mean you can't eat it. Just keep within your goals...and all will be just fine.0

I eat it all the time but would scrap the bagel and smother it on celery or carrots0

As long as you weigh how much you use and log the calories it will be fine - everything in moderation!0

two full tablespoons of philadelphia fat-free cream cheese is just 30 calories and of course, its fat-free, so 0g of fat!0
