Wondering... Anyone else?

The hubby is up my *kitten*. My stress level is off the charts and my body is starting to react negatively.
Even the hub is under serious pressure. I know because he keeps nagging and picking at me, it's exhausting.
At the moment, I am fighting the urge to start smoking (again... Smoke free since July 2009) or cardio and starve 15 pounds away on the alcohol diet.
Am I the only one who feels this?
I'm not feeling the warm/fuzzies, makes me want to kick start with a bulimic response. My boy Jose Cuervo has my back tonight.

You've got it coming at you from all directions.

    Fight it like a ninja.

    Come keep me company...?
  • You can do this and you will be even stronger when you're through it. I understand the pressures...we all face them from time to time, and sometimes that come at us like a perfect storm! Stay strong! Do what you need to do to get through tonight, but don't lose focus on your goals!

    Don't do it!

ok that was my good advice, here is the bad one.

I smoked a cigar earlier this summer. It was just one, and it wasn't as intense as a cigarette, takes 100 times longer to get though, and you don't inhale.
Did I mention it was only one, for the whole summer? I look at it, were human, were going to mess up, just try to make it not a bad mess up.

I know how you feel. I am in the same boat sometimes. But you can fight the urge to not pick the smoking habit back up. I quit cold turkey on Jan 2010 and have never looked back. Sure stress and other triggers (drinking) give me those urges, but I find something to kill the urge.and the usually mean going on a ride, a hike or something.

If you have been smoke free this long, you can stay smoke free. You just have to fight the urge. ou have come this far with the weight loss and getting healty, why throw it all away now?
  • Don't self sabotage yourself now. Look at the major trajectory you've traveled to make yourself a better you. You're not only beautiful, but you're healthy and strong too. Your mind is playing tricks on you ; don't allow it to win. You're so much better than that. <3
