REALLY BAD DAY Part 2

Well.... I still went over my calories. I think I definately need to buy those couple of books I've been hearing about on the topic of emotional eating.
I did sorta try. Instead of the high calories mix drinks I usually get I tried a sangria and 1 1/2 bottles of Mikes LIGHT Hard Lemonade. I had lime chicken and rice for dinner at Applebees (we will just conveniently forget about the cheese on top, whatever the rice's favoring was and the pie for desert) lol
I just entered my food from last night:
Holy H double hockey sticks! Applebee's is very badddd. So yesterday I ended up going over my calorie limit by 1,511 or so. Good thing I only ate half my meal... bad thing I ate 1/2 the artichoke dip appetizer.

Today is a new day so forget about yesterday and focus on what you can do to make today a great day! By the way, if you go there again, I think Applebee's has a Weight Watchers menu that shows calories & fat right on the menu. The hidden calories in restaurant foods are criminal!0

Do you have to ask special for the weight watchers menu? Because I didn't see anything that caught my attention to Weight Watchers or listing of calories. ???

It is part of the regular menu. Two of my favorites are the Tortilla Chicken Melt & the Garlic Herb Chicken.
The other thing I do is cut my meal in half and bring the rest home. Portion size is out of control at restaurants. It's not always that the food is bad for us but the amount of the food is.
I think it's NYC that has a law that restaurants have to list calories in their menus. I wish everywhere did that. It's hard to make healthy choices when we don't have enough info to make them.0 -

Well... I tried to rectify yesterday; I jogged in place for an hour and burned 584 calories... now! if I'm good with my eating maybe I'll have some calories left over to fix yesterday but hopefully it wont make me so ravenous that it messes up tomorrow. lol :laugh:0

Our applebees has a small section with WW items. The food is delish and I am able to enjoy and stay well within my calories for the day!!
Now as for that bottle of beer....:laugh:0
