Older women over 65-loose skin after weight loss

Do any older women who have lost weight have any tips for excerise for loose skin (and crepe- paper like) on arms? I've lost 14lbs but now I'm looking a lot older! Help

    Hi!!! Congrats on your weightloss!!!! Yes, I would encourage light strength training. Cardio burns the fat but strength traing tightens and tones. I really don't think it has anything to do with age, anyone will sag if not tightning the skin as they lose. Try the heaviest dumbells you can handle. Best wishes lovely!!!

    I lost almost 47 pounds so far and now I have the extra hanging skin on arms. You can search under community for exercises or Google exercises for that and you will find information on it. :smile: But for now I am wearing three quarter sleeves. lol
