20 sec Squat Thrust
10 sec Rest
20 sec Mountain Climbers
10 sec Rest

Not sure what a squat thrust is so will have a look on you tube but yes that one looks good, I will have a go later! I'm in the UK and they don't really sell insanity here, so sadly that's not really an option. I just need a new challenge cos I'm pretty much done with weight loss and want to focus on something else...0
