It's the Journey that's Important

Greetings all of you amazing people!!! =0) Another start to a beautiful day here . We are going to be active all day playing kids relay games as adults. Should be some great laughs and good times. You should always be able to find a way to add a smile to your face daily, but if you can find a way to fall down laughing so hard you just want to cry that is the greatest high on the planet. I seen a shirt the other day I kinda liked... " Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional" I am not saying act immature but being able to laugh at yourself and just be a kid again is what its all about. I still ride the shopping cart around the grocery store I get the best looks from people. I think out of jealousy. haha!! K lets all go out and have some fun today. BE GOOFY!!! =0) Enjoy your journey your ride ticket is good for only one time through, choose the ride you want to take.

Life, sometimes so wearying
Is worth its weight in gold
The experience of traveling

Beyond our 'living memory'

"It's the journey that's important,
Not the getting there!"


Ins and outs and ups and downs
Life's road meanders aimlessly?
Or so it seems, but somehow
Leads us where we need to be,
And being simply human
We oft question and compare....
"Is the journey so important
Or the getting there?"


And thus it's always been
That question pondered down the ages
By simple men with simple ways
To wise and ancient sages....
How sweet then, quietly knowing
Reaching destination fair:
"It's the journey that's important,
Not the getting there!"
