Mixing it up

Ok as I don't have time to go to the gym etc I have bought some work outs for home. I have the four disc Zumba package and another work out dvd.
My question is...Is it better to do one for a whole week then do the other for the next week OR if I am exercising every day is it better to do one the first day and the other the next day etc???

Usually you do a work out for the upper body one day, the lower body the next and have one rest day. Maybe you can divide up your discs and workouts to accomplish that. You probably will need to do the same with diet. It seems that the body gets used to certain things and stops losing.
