Some members have achieved a balance, by 'attending' the gym. Reading on recumbant bikes, chatting on rowers, having a grannies meeting amongst the weights machines. Curls in the frickin' squat rack... that's a rant for another post0 -

I don't see a problem with reading on a recumbant or chatting on rowers. I don't do it because my workouts are more intense, but people can still burn calories and lose weight from less intense workouts. It is a bit irritating when people stand around socialising and not doing anything though.0 -
I was super tired and my shoulder muscles are in a lot of pain. I just got my a** out of bed and did an hour bike ride and then my 30 DS with Jillian! I feel much better. OH, and I took 4 Advil for the pain!0
