Been here since January. Had my regular check up at the dr yesterday and my lab results were disturbing. My bad cholesterol levels have gone up nearly 50 points and my good good went down 10! I have lost only around ten pounds but I am exercising more. Im just puzzled.

Eating a foods that are high in saturated fats will result in high bad cholesterol and low good. You need to make sure you aren't eating any processed food or fast food and are limiting your trips to restaurants. Eat nuts, lean meats, low fat dairy, and good fats from olive oil, avocado, and other plant sources.0
