So, here I am! My friend suggested this site. It's great! I have quite a bit to lose and hope this site can be part of my support system. My weight has yo-yo'd since college and I want to keep it OFF for REAL this time. I know this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Happy 2009!

    I started using this site exactly a year ago today to prepare for my July 2008 wedding. It helps A LOT! Good luck losing weight for your wedding!
