This is a tasty recipe that I made based on one I found on Allrecipes.com. This recipe makes 8 - 2 oz. servings (I made mine into patties). And has the following:

Calories- 62
Carbs- 0
Fat- 1
Fiber- 0
Protein- 14
Sodium- 28

Recipe:

16 oz. ground turkey breast
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dried sage
1 tsp. fennel seeds
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
****note: the orignial recipe calls for 1 1/2 tsp salt - I omitted this from my recipe to make it low in sodium***

This was a very tasty recipe, and will definitely be the one I always use. I doubled the serving size and made a 4 oz. patty, which did not shrink while cooking like I thought it would... so I will probably stick to the 2oz serving size next time. I also may increase the sage a little...but I like my food to be more savory. The original recipe also did not call for fennel seeds...but I think that ingredient almost makes this recipe! People also commented on the recipe that they added a little maple syrup to the recipe to make it more moist...I might try that next time. Maple flavored sausage would be yummy!
Now I am going to make a batch to add to the lasagna I am going to make :)
Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!!
I would love to see some of your opinions on here after you make it :)

Oh.... and I forgot to add that the original recipe calls for 2 lbs of turkey breast....
I only used 1lb but kept the measurements of the spices the same as the original recipe, so if I were to use 2 lbs, I would definitely double the spices...
