Hey everyone , Curves is closed Till Tuesday with it being a holiday so i'm gonna try to excersice some.One thing I am wondering , my instructor said if I do this one excercise were I have my arms up and twisting side to side and stretches andthings like that , can that be logged as well and count?

any exercise can count and to know your calories spent you can get a heart rate monitor to help with that. I do at home workouts that are fun and wear one and love my results. Feel free to friend me anyone for calorie free tips and food for thought0

ok c ool thank you!I just never really tried heart rate monitor's cause I figured u wouldn't be able to type in an excercise that isn't really common and it wouldn't come up0

With a hr monitor..all u do is wear it. It tracks ur calories no matter what ur doing. Then when logging it...make up ur exercise and track calories. It is awesome and vert helpful.0
