It's a little hard for me to admit, but I went against my username & 'turned back' from my 6 to 7 day a week workouts & watching what I ate. I am so frustrated w/myself. I felt so so good in more ways than one; physically, mentally, emotioanlly etc.... Why is it so hard when you know what you need to do?? I'm feeling sluggish again & really hate the feeling. I am going to beat this thing and Get Back On It & STAY ON IT because I know how good I feel!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

Keep up the excellent work everyone! I want to be right back there w/ya!!

I went thru that. I was working out two times a day taking spin classes twice a day. Thhen I just stopped. Then i started eating pizza..lol..and it was good!

After a couple weeks I came to my senses. My body just needed a break i guess.

Good for you! I experience the same sometimes. The main thing is not to beat yourself up about it. We may have mini failures or set backs, but then after rest, we get back on the bandwagon and do great.

Hi....the best part about this post is that you've reached your low point and recognised where you need to be. Now you just need to get going  !

It surely does feel impossible at the thought of exercising and all that comes with it, but you know what? Once you get started you'll love it (hopefully) and wonder what took you so long!

Let us know how you get on, ok?

Don't feel bad about yourself! When it comes to fitness and nutrition, I think it is really important to forgive yourself your slip ups. These things happen, and you have it in yourself to turn it around (you know that, because you did it once before!!!).

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I have 'rested' too long tho! lol
My hubby told me yesterday that he wants to go to gym w/me 2-3 times a week early a.m.,
so that's pretty cool! The other 3-4 days I'll head to the gym meself!

Here's to jumpin back on the exercise/eating right bandwagon!
