Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread
Makes 12 Servings
Per Serving : calories 100

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl combine: (set aside)
Truvia - Sugar Substitute, 1/3 cup
Mccormick - Cinnamon Sugar, 3 tsp
In a large bowl combine: (whisk together)
Generic - Quick Oats*, 1.5 Cup Dry- (Blended To Oat Flour)
Leavening Agent - Low Sodium Baking Powder, 1 tbsp
Morton - Fine Sea Salt, 0.5 tsp
Truvia - Calorie Free Sweetener, 1/2 cup
2 Scoops Vanilla Whey (Nutrition Facts Will Very On Which Name Brand You Use)
In medium bowl combine:
Egg Whites - Egg Whites, 2 egg white from a large egg
Silk- 1 Cup - Pure Almond Milk - Vanilla, 1 cup
Stonyfield Farm - Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Vanilla 0 Fat, 1/4 cup
Gerber 2nd Foods Apple Sauce 4 oz
Pour a shallow layer of batter into the loaf pan (about 1/4 of the batter)
Sprinkle heavily with half of the cinnamon/sugar mixture
Repeat with remaining batter & cinnamon/sugar mixture on top
Draw a knife through the batter to marble
Bake for 25-30 mins. Bread will be dense.
