Have a bowl of ice cream? Or cereal. I love cereal before bed, but no, don't stress about it, if it's not a regular thing.

Are you hungry? If so, eat something healthy. If not, don't sweat it. One day of low calories will not put you in starvation mode. You might be super hungry tomorrow so be prepared to fill up on healthy things rather than eating junk. That's been one of my troubles - working out so hard and then not planning what to eat. So while I am planning a healthy lunch, I eat half a box of wheat thins. Hopefully not any more!

If you're hungry eat something. If not don't. I find that when I zigzag my calories (on purpose ot by accideet) I lose more!!

When I don't eat enough calories I usually have a hard time going to sleep or staying asleep. I recommend something light so you don't have trouble sleeping. Me, personally, I like a Wasa cracker and cheese if I'm starving before I go to bed.

If you are hungry eat something health. Stay away from the ice cream unless you want to gain weight lol

I agree with everyone else. If you're hungry, eat something healthy. If you're not hungry, then don't eat, and I wouldn't worry about it. One day isn't going to hurt your overall health.

    God bless!

If you're hungry, eat, if not, one day is not going to be a big deal. I've also found that sometimes I end up eating some of the calories back the next day (because I'm so hungry) if I don't eat them the day I should have. To me, that isn't a big deal- at the end of the week, my caloric intake comes out just fine.
