Anyone with hyperinsulinemia?

I've never met another person with it so I feel a little alone. The only thing that helps control it for me is low carb, high protein. Just wanted some support and tips.

Another poster posted this afternoon about this while thyroid was being discussed. What are the symptoms of this? I was told to get checked for this. I had an overactive thyroid and had the Radio Active Iodine. I am not on any meds. Docs say my levels are normal. Id be interested to know what this is all about.

It is usually referred to as either pre-diabetic or insulin resistant on these forums. Yes, there are a lot of us here.
