Anyone else break out when they drink milk?

I get those under the skin bumps that turn into pustules whenever I drink milk, usually the next day. Once I stopped drinking skim milk, I stopped breaking out along my jaw line.

YES. I used to have terrible acne. I used every medication and cream there was. Then 1 day a friend told me (as I was pouring a large glass of milk), "you know, dairy causes acne".
That was 18 years ago, and I still avoid it as best I can. Whenever I cave in and consume it, boom, acne. and it takes 2 weeks to go away!
not worth it!
edit: beware all dairy derivatives: whey and casein too!

I love milk in my oatmeal. Sigh, but I'll probably have give it up because it's not worth the consequences. I've been clear for a year+ and suddenly out of nowhere I've been getting pustules left and right along my jawline. The only thing I added in my diet was milk.0

I've tried out almond milk on my oatmeal. Not bad. Maybe an alternative?0

Lots of people get acne after drinking milk, often the really unpleasant cyctic-type acne, and they have no idea it's dairy until someone mentions to them that dairy can cause it, I've known several people who have figured this out. Such a shame that dermatologists or general practitioners don't mention this more often.0

(In addition to my earlier post about dairy)
My skin has been clear for 18 years since I quit milk and avoid most dairy, until the last 3 mos.
I have been breaking out recently, and I have not been able to figure out why. I stopped a new moisturizer, stopped wearing makeup, became extra vigilant on the dairy . . . but still, the skin on my cheeks is sandpapery and I am breaking out on my neck.
It just dawned on me that during this same time period I have dramatically increased my consumption of peanut butter.
I have had to up my calories in order to lose weight (long story--starvation mode for over a year, didn't know it). Anyway, I've been using PB2 every morning and PB energy/protein bars daily to up the calories.
grrrrrr. another thing to cut out or at least cut back down significantly. Starting tomorrow, no more PB and I'll see what happens in 3 weeks.0 -
Don't get me started on dairy. Cow milk is for their babies not for humans, to fatten up their young. Did you know that osteoporosis is rare in countries that don't drink milk. It is so bad for us and our digestive system. Cheese is almost 50% fat THAT's half fat, no wonder it's addictive.0

Ive learned the hard way, my allergy to milk started out as a upset stomach and evolved to painful bumps on my jaw line no acne medicine helped except leavin dairy alone.0
