What are your thoughts on Sensa? Do you think it works? Has anyone tried it? I am one of those skeptics that look at something like that and say "yeah right!" But I would find it interesting to know all of your opinions on Sensa.

    I tried it, but I returned it before the free trial was over. It made food taste funny to me. I know it is not supposed to, but to me it did.

    Unless you are going to sprinkle flakes on your food for the rest of your life, it is probably not the best idea. Eat healthy foods and exercise.

    If it really were that easy and effective no one would have a weight problem.

    Eat healthy. Work out. Lose weight. Keep it off.

    i used it for a while- i didn't taste anything, but i also didn't feel it doing anything.

    On Saturday mornings I always see the half hour long infomercial for Sensa which is then followed by either an Insanity or P90X infomercial. I bet one works, but the other is making a lot more sales :p

    I use OxyElite. You don't put it on your food. It's a pill but I like the way it works.

    I'm glad to see that I was thinking the same thing as many of you, that Sensa isn't as effective as they make it seem on those infomercials.

    I know its not about sensa... but at walmart they had this hoodia type spray for a couple bucks that you sprayed under your tongue... and it was AWESOME... it had a green label... but I cant find it anymore... but it made food taste like nothing...


    If thats what you want, then that works... maybe sensa does too in the same way...
