GET THIS WEIGHT OFF OF ME!!!! I've never really "had" to diet before, so I need all of the help I can get! I can't seem to lose this baby weight, and he is 8 months old! Even scarier, I have gained some in addition to where I was at when I was 9 months pregnant!! :noway: I've just quit nursing, and I'm always hungry!!

    Hey! Welcome to you!

Congrats on your baby! He is adorable!

You can do this! Just get started. You don't have to suffer or starve to get the weight off. Make small changes and take it a week at a time. Just do it slowy and steady and healthy. Trust me, the weeks of healthy losses will add up much quicker than you think they will.

    Good luck!! :drinker:

Oh and try to eat fiber rich foods. My goal is at least 25 g a day but I usually get more. But fiber can help keep you satisfied longer. Fiber One bars are great and give you a bunch of it!

Drink water, eat fruits and veggies. If you keep your stomach satisfied, your journey will be a lot easie!!

Shannon!!! hugs:heart: Welcome girl! :flowerforyou:
  • Thanks guys! I worked out tonight. I've done well today. I need to eat some more calories, so I'm eating chips and salsa to make me feel full...I made my own carrot and spinach juice yesterday, which really helped.

Carrot and spinach juice? haha

The chips and salsa sound divine. I do that for a snack often. I wish they'd make super low cal tortillas and then I'd be set!

How about if you buy the torillas then lay about 4 on top of one another, then cut them into 8 parts....then spread them all out, season as you like, then bake.

Poof, homemade torilla chips :drinker:

mmm carrot juice...YUM...love fresh carrot juice, and toss in a slice of apple..divine!
