Goals - so important!

I've seen a lot of people list their goals in their Signature and I want to say a big thank-you. Seeing how many of you have ticked off each stage of your journey has been inspirational.

I sat down with my husband this morning and we set some incentives for each goal weight. I have to say it feels like my Christmas list! My first was going to be a 5kg loss but as I'm there already it feels like cheating... so I've gone for 12kg. A big chunk of weight, but I'm nearly half way there.

Those of you who haven't set some goals for yourself (and more importantly the rewards for each of those goals), take 5 minutes. It's really worth it!

Funnily enough I was just reading your goal list and thinking how sweet and lovely they were. Really made me smile. Enjoy each and every one! Good rewards for lots of hard work. (I particularly like the South African goal - but as a SAFFA, I guess I would be supportive of that. :-) Nothing better for you than a trip to that most beautiful of places!)

Good luck to you in getting all your goals! Writing it all down has definitely helped me. I think you deserve a reward for hitting your first goal even if you did already hit it - you still did the work!

Guess I'll edit my signature to include my goals if it's going to help someone else and it will be a great reminder for me.

    Good luck!!

Thanks! Would love to see your goals too as you've had tremendous success!! I did get my hair done yesterday, so maybe we'll call that a mini-reward :)

Oh great :) It's a beautiful part of the world. I have relatives dotted from Hilton through to Amanzimtoti, so I usually don't get past KZN when we're there. Do you get back often?
